Statement of Significance This house is historically significant, relative to National Register Criterion A, for its associations with residential development in this eastern Louisville neighborhood in the years prior to 1950. The property's significance and integrity, though, is probably not to the extent that would qualify it for individual listing in the National Register of Historic Places. There does not appear to be the potential for a National Register Historic district in this area. 43. Assessment of historic physical integrity related to significance: This building's historical integrity has been compromised by additions to the north and west elevations which have more than doubled the size of the original building.
