Kimmett stated that the applicant did not check whether the renewal reflected any or no changes. <br />The applicant did not fill in the sales tax number information and did complete the information <br />regarding "Bread and Breakfast" applicants. <br /> <br />Morris called for any further discussions. Morris called for a motion. <br /> <br />Rowe Restaurants, Inc./dba Pasquales Restaurant & Bar - 809 Main St. <br />Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License - w/extended hours <br /> <br />Morris called for any discussion or motion from the Authority on the renewal application from <br />Rowe Restaurants, Inc./dba Pasquales Restaurant & Bar. <br /> <br />Morris asked that on page 2 under item 10. Limited Liability Co., where Pasquales answered no <br />should read n/a and also where he had scratched out the date should be initialed. <br /> <br />Authority asked Sgt. Atkinson if the police reports could be more detailed as to who called in the <br />disturbance or if officers were just doing a random walk through. Atkinson discussed the possibility of a new municipal law which would allow the municipal <br />courts the authority to revoke minors drivers licenses if they are charged with consumption or <br />possession of alcohol. Sgt. Atkinson asked the Authority if the current Louisville Municipal Code <br />would need to be revised or amended or if it was something the city could legally do.
