RESOLUTION NO 4 <br />SERIES 2019 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT TO ADJUST THE LOT <br />LINES FOR LOT 1A AND 2A, VACATE TRACT Q, TAKODA SUBDIVISION, AND <br />CREATE OUTLOT A TO BE CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AN UNDERPASS <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application requesting approval of a final subdivision plat to move adjust the lot lines for <br />Lots 1A and 2A, vacate Tract Q, Takoda Subdivision, and create Outlot A to be conveyed <br />to the City of Louisville for the purpose of constructing an underpass, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations, with <br />approval of a modification, and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on January 10, 2019, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated January 10, 2019, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval the Final Plat, with one condition, and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that said Final Plat, with one <br />condition, should be approved <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve an application requesting approval of a final subdivision <br />plat to move adjust the lot lines for Lots 1A and 2A, vacate Tract Q, Takoda Subdivision, <br />and create Outlot A to be conveyed to the City of Louisville for the purpose of constructing <br />an underpass, with the following condition <br />1 Concurrent with the recordation of the plat, deeds shall be recorded which reflect <br />the revised legal description of each affected property <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January, 2019 <br />Att <br />Robert P Muckle, Mayor <br />Resolution No. 4, Series 2019 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
