b) Direct Secretary to Advertise for Associate Member PUBLIC HEARING - OCTOBER 30, 1995 - 7:00 P.M. - BOUNDARIES OF NEIGHBORItOOD - CITY OF LOUISVILLE - NEW APPLICATIONS FOR HOTEL & RESTAURANT LICENSE August Moon, Inc./dba Cheng's Garden 480 West Dahlia Street Louisville, CO 80027 MORRIS: I will open the public hearing on the application of August Moon, Inc./dba Cheng's Garden for a Hotel & Restaurant liquor license at 480 West Dahlia Street, Louisville, Colorado. The hearing will follow the procedures set out in the current Bylaws of the Authority. The Secretary to the Authority has a few comments. SALAS: The application is for a Hotel & Restaurant liquor license. I have provided copies of the complete application to each Authority member. The application is complete except for fingerprint reports. Fingerprint reports have not been received and are not included in the application. Public notice of this heating has been posted and published in accordance with state law. I am not aware of any reason that would require the Authority to deny the application. MORRIS: Are there any Authority member disclosures? NONE NOTED. The Authority previously set the boundaries of the neighborhood for the license as the current boundaries of the City of Louisville. Does anyone present object to the boundaries of the neighborhood being the current boundaries of the Citv of Louisville? NONT NOTED. I.:wi.!!
