The maximum lot coverage_for the R-E zone district shall be as follows: <br />a For a lot having a lot area of less than 5,000 square feet: 35 percent <br />b For a 'lot having a lot area of 5,000 to 9,000 square feet: 30 percent, or <br />1,750 sf whichever is greater <br />c. For a lot having a lot area of 9,001 to 12,000 square feet: 25 percent, or <br />2,700 sf whichever is greater <br />d For a lot having a lot area of 12,001 square feet or greater: 20 percent, <br />or 3,000 sf whichever is greater <br />Section 2. Subsection E of Section 17 52 050 of the Louisville Municipal Code <br />is hereby amended to read as follows (words added are underlined, words deleted are <br />) <br />Sec. 17.52.050 — Zoning administrator — Powers and duties <br />E. Maximum lot coverage; <br />d Maximum floor area, <br />e.
