Riggins explained that a complaint had been made regarding Pine Street Junction and the live music
being played on Friday evenings. According to the minutes of the license holders hearing, Sara Thedes
had informed the Authority that she would not be having live music. Although Pine Street Junction is in
a commercially zoned area which does not require public hearing for live musical performances, they
must still meet the noise requirements. The issue that concerned the Authority was that they were at the
license holders public hearing and it was stated by Sara Thedes that there would be no live music played
outdoors.

Sgt. Riggins stated that Ms. Thedes had been very cooperative and that she did not want to have live
music as it was not cost effective, but that she was already financially committed for Friday. Ms.
Thedes is going to contact each of the neighbors and apologize for the noise and explain that this would
be the last band that would be playing outdoors.

Sgt. Riggins was concerned that this was a violation of the Authority, since they were told there would
be no live music.

Authority felt that it was unintentional and, since it would be only one more time and the license holder
would be contacting the neighbors, that they would let it pass. She should not do it again unless she
comes back to the Authority.

SECRETARY'S REPORT

Secretary notified the Authority that Scott Ross was no longer with Griffiths and Tanoue and would not
longer be the Authority Attorney. At this time there has been no replacement assigned to take over Scott
Ross' responsibilities. The Authority Secretary will keep the Authority informed of any new
information.
