Approval of Minutes June 11, 2019, June 24, 2019 <br />C Approval of Proclamation of August 2 — 11, 2019 as Boulder County Fair <br />Days <br />D Approval of City Council Special Meeting on July 30 <br />E Approval of Resolution No. 21, Series 2019 — A Resolution Approving an <br />Intergovernmental Agreement with the University of Colorado for the <br />Provision of Law Enforcement and Administrative Personnel <br />F Approval of Engagement Letter with Butler Snow, LLP for Review of <br />Metro District Service Plans <br />G Award Contract to Axe Roofing for City Central Hail Damage Repairs <br />H Approval of Contract for Design Build Services for Playground <br />Replacement Project <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />None <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />Deputy City Manager Davis thanked the community for attending the July 4th event. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />ORDINANCE NO 1775, SERIES 2019 — AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER <br />17 56 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADOPT UPDATED FLOOD <br />INSURANCE RATE MAPS AND TO ADD PENALTY PROVISIONS FOR VIOLATIONS — <br />2nd READING, PUBLIC HEARING (advertised Daily Camera 5/26/19) <br />City Attorney Kelly introduced the item by title Mayor Muckle opened the public hearing <br />Planner Ritchie stated all public notice requirements have been met for this ordinance <br />She stated this ordinance adopts flood maps replacing those from 2012, the new maps <br />would go into effect on August 15th of this year She noted this is part of the City's <br />participation in the National Flood Insurance Program The City regulates new <br />
