RESOLUTION NO. 14 <br />SERIES 2017 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT (PUD) AMENDMENT AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) <br />EXTENSION TO ALLOW FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A 50 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION <br />AT 931 MAIN STREET. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for approval of a Planned Unit Development (PUD) amendment and Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD) extension to allow for a 50 square foot addition at 931 Main <br />Street at Lot 2, Block 5, Town of Louisville Subdivision. <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it to <br />comply with Louisville Municipal Code Sec. 17.28.170; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on June 8, 2017, where evidence <br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville <br />Planning Commission Staff Reports dated June 8, 2017 the Planning Commission finds <br />the Planned Unit Development (PUD) amendment and Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) extension to allow for a 50 square foot addition at 931 Main Street shall be <br />approved with conditions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval a Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) amendment and Planned Unit Development (PUD) extension to allow for a 50 <br />square foot addition at 931 Main Street with the following conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall remove the Note 1, the second sentence of Note 2, and the <br />second sentence of Note 3 on the Utility Plan prior to the City Council Public <br />Hearing. <br />2. A parking fee in lieu for one parking space shall be required prior to issuance of a <br />building permit. The applicant shall amend Zoning Data table on the cover sheet <br />prior to the City Council Public Hearing to show the requirement for three parking <br />spaces. <br />3. The applicant shall include the landscaped areas approved on the 2014 PUD and <br />further define these landscaped areas property prior to the City Council Public <br />Hearing. <br />4.
