RESOLUTION NO. 02, <br />SERIES 2018 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THAT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS BE <br />ESTABLISHED AS THE OFFICIAL LOCATIONS FOR THE POSTING OF <br />PUBLIC NOTICE OF ALL 2018 LOUISVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MEETINGS <br />• The Lobby of City Hall, 749 Main Street <br />• The Louisville Public Library Bulletin Board, 951 Spruce <br />Street <br />• The Louisville Recreation Center, 900 West Via Appia <br />• The Police / Municipal Court building, 992 Via Appia <br />• The City of Louisville website, www.louisvilleco.gov <br />WHEREAS, Senate Bill 91-33 requires that all local public bodies <br />designate a public place or places where public notice of public meetings will be <br />posted, with said designation being made at the first regular meeting of that body <br />in each calendar year; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's Home Rule Charter requires additional locations for <br />the posting of public notice of City Council meetings and by extension, it is the <br />recommendation of Staff that the Planning Commission adopt the same standard <br />for posting of public notice of their meetings; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the recommended <br />locations for the posting of public notice and finds them to be consistent with State <br />Statutes, Municipal Code and the Louisville Home Rule Charter. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby designate the following public places <br />for the posting of notices for all public meetings of the Planning Commission in <br />2018. <br />• The Lobby of City Hall, 749 Main Street <br />• The Louisville Public Library Bulletin Board, 951 Spruce <br />Street <br />• The Louisville Recreation Center, 900 West Via Appia <br />• The Louisville Police / Municipal Court building, 992 Via <br />Appia <br />• The City of Louisville website, www.louisvilleco.qov <br />Attest: <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11 th day of January, 2018. <br />Debra Williams, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />By: <br />Stev- Brauneis, - air <br />Planning Commission <br />
