RESOLUTION NO. 08 <br />SERIES 2018 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR A SPECIAL <br />REVIEW USE TO ALLOW AN EVENT/THEATER SPACE AND VIDEO PRODUCTION <br />(INDOOR COMMERCIAL AMUSEMENT AND A STUDIO FOR PROFESSIONAL USE) <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for approval of a request for a final Special Review Use (SRU) to allow an <br />event/theater space and video production (Indoor Commercial Amusement and a Studio <br />for Professional Use) at 833 South Boulder Road; Lot 1, Neodata Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable <br />sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and; <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on March 8, 2018, where evidence and testimony were entered <br />into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report <br />dated March 8, 2018. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a request for a Special Review <br />Use to allow an event/theater space and video production (Indoor Commercial <br />Amusement and a Studio for Professional Use) at 833 South Boulder Road; Lot 1, <br />Neodata Subdivision. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March, 2018. <br />By: <br />Attest: j ; <br />zebra Williams, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />Steve Brauneis, Chairperson <br />Planning Commission <br />
