This version also <br />has yellow highlights for all areas subject to the annual inflator. A final version of the <br />City Manager fee changes, including a side -by -side of 2019 fees and 2020 fees, is also <br />attached. <br />The proposed City Council set fees, rates and charges will be brought to Council on <br />November 4, 2019. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />As a whole, charges for services make up a significant portion of the City's revenue. <br />The overall fiscal impacts of the proposed changes in the Resolution are relatively minor <br />as they represent minor changes to smaller fees. <br />PROGRAM/SUB-PROGRAM IMPACT: <br />The annual City Council approval of 2020 fees, rates and charges supports the Finance, <br />Accounting and Tax administration sub -program goal of providing financial services in <br />an efficient and effective manner. It also supports the Governance and Administration <br />goal to ensure that the City has the financial capacity to sustain Council adopted levels <br />of service. <br />ATTACHMENT(S): <br />1.
