Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:36 pm by Allison Johanson. <br />Minutes taken by Seth Adams. <br />2. Roll Call: (Members present in bold): Seth Adams, Allison Johanson, Laura <br />Levesque -Catalano, Marianne Martin, Mark Persichetti, Melanie Dubin; City -Council <br />Liaison Jay Keany; City Sustainability Coordinator Katie Baum; Local residents : <br />Debbie Fahey; Tiffany Boyd <br />3. Approval of Agenda: The Meeting Agenda was approved as -is. <br />4. Approval of Minutes: The Meeting Minutes for Sep 15' were approved as -is. <br />5. City -Staff Updates, Katie Baum: Katie reported on green -business workshops held <br />from April through July as well as the upcoming workshops planned from late August <br />through October. On November 7" PACE will be hosting a networking event for any <br />employees or business owners in Louisville at crystal springs. Solicitations of green - <br />business applicants for 2019 by PACE is starting now, with support from Katie, <br />Chamber -of -Commerce, and Xcel Communications. Currently, 20 businesses have <br />applied. Applications will be accepted through mid -December. <br />The City has submitted its application for Boulder County's annual sustainability <br />matching grant; this year's application will be to continue funding for Katie's sustainability <br />coordinator staff position. Applications for Boulder County's annual community outreach <br />programs' matching grants started Sept 3rd <br />The City applied for a `Charge -Ahead' grant in February, for a Level-2 EV charger to be <br />installed at the Rec Center. Installation bids have been received, so once a contractor is <br />selected, installation will begin. <br />City "Bench marking". Katie will be leading the process. Energy Star.
