INTRODUCTION OF NEW AUTHORITY SECRETARY AND ASSOCIATE MEMBERS <br /> <br />Chairperson Jeffers and the Authority welcomed the two new members, Nancy Varra, the new Authority <br />Secretary and the new Associate Member, J. Bryan Myers. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE OF APPRECIATION - LINDA SALAS <br /> <br />Former Authority Secretary Linda Salas was recognized and presented a plaque for dedicated service and <br />significant contribution to the Local Licensing Authority as Secretary from August 3, 1993 through <br />January 2, 1998. <br /> <br />REQUEST TO CHANGE OR MODIFY PREMISES - CLOVER CLAN L.L.C. <br />d/b/a OLD LOUISVILLE INN <br /> <br />Garrett McCarthy, Owner of the Old Louisville Inn, was present to answer Authority questions relative <br />to the one-day event, planned for St. Patrick's Day. The modification consist of tents to the south of the <br />existing building. Access to the tents will be through the main establishment only. Two applications to <br />modify the premises were filed, one to modify the premises to permit tents, the second application to <br />return the premises to it's original configuration, after the event. Several concerns were addressed, and <br />the following conditions were placed on the approval of the requests. 1.) Limit access through doorway <br />and stairs. 2.) The door from the tents to restrooms must be manned, so that there would be no exits or <br />entrances with alcohol. 3.) The date on the second application must be altered to reflect the change back <br />begins on March 18, 1998, but runs through the date of the expiration of the license, December 15, 1998. <br />4.) The application be modified to show exterior boundaries of the property. 5.) Revise the application <br />to show it is a modification to the premises and collect the additional $50.00 fee. Mr. McCarthy was <br />instructed to contact Fire Marshall Dhieux relative to Fire Safety issues. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Renewal Application - Retail Liquor Store - Bungalow Wine & Liquors, Inc. d/b/a <br />Bungalow Wine & Spirits - 645 S Boulder Rd <br /> <br />Renewal Application - American Legion Walter Rhodes Post No. 111 - Club Liquor <br />License - 1130 Pine Street Rd <br /> <br />Morris noted that revision should be made on the American Legion Renewal Application. On page two, <br />the appropriate box should be marked to reflect that the building is owned. Attorney Light noted that an <br />operating manager must be listed on a club license and that the appropriate box was left blank. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
