AUTHORITY BUSINESS Corporate Report of Change - Bungalow Wine & Spirits, Inc., d/b/a Bungalow Wine & Liquors - 645 So. Boulder Road. Attorney Sam Light, noted that the Corporate Report of Changes for Bungalow Wine & Spirits, Inc., appeared in the packet. Originally, the applicant had applied for a temporary license pending transfer of the current liquor license. However, conversations with the applicant's attorney, clarified that the applicant intended to continue business under the current corporate licensing. Therefore, they need only submit a corporate report of changes and background information, rather than a transfer application. Attorney Sam Light reviewed the application for Transfer of Ownership of Hotel & Restaurant License from RT Denver Franchise, L.P. (RT Colorado, Inc., and RT Denver, Inc.) d/b/a Rudy Tuesday Restaurant. The owner of the transferee and the manager have both filed their fingerprints with the C.B.I. Light noted that documents were recently received from the applicant, among them the warranty deed, transferring the licensed premises, effective on the day of closing of the property, April 6, 1998.
