Kimmett noted that on the Brass Monkey renewal application the sales tax number was omitted and on the Karen's In The Country application, the applicant had failed to fill out the Oath o~!Applicant portion of the renewal application. On the Courtyard by Marriott renewal application, page 2, the applicant had answered yes to questions 2, 3, 6, and 9, but failed to supply the proper documentation. The Authority discussed that approval of the aforementioned renewal applications should be contingent upon correction of all errors as outlined by the Authority. There was also discussion relative to renewal license for Dixon's Kitchen, Inc., clfo/a Colacci's Restaurant. It was noted that the expiration date for the license is October 26, 1998. Attorney Sam Light noted that CRS 12-47-302, provides that a late renewal application can be assessed a $500.00 late fee for the City and a duplicate $500.00 fee for the State. However, collection of such fees is only applicable after the license has expired. The State will honor the date that the renewal license was submitted to the Local Authority. 2
