Call to Order – Councilmember Stolzmann called the meeting to order at 9:00 <br />a.m. <br /> <br />II. Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br /> City Council: Mayor Muckle, Councilmember Stolzmann and Councilmember <br />Maloney. <br /> <br /> Staff Present: Mrs. Balser, Mr. Kowar, Mr. Watson, Mr. Peterson, Mrs. Golden <br />and Mr. Alan Hill and Ms. Ashley Ms. Pollock with Hill & Pollock LLC, Attorneys <br />at Law <br /> <br /> Public: James Creasey, Resident <br /> <br />III. Approval of Agenda <br /> <br />Mayor Muckle motioned to approve the agenda and Councilmember Maloney <br />seconded the motion. All approved the Agenda. <br /> <br />IV. Approval of the Minutes <br /> <br />Councilmember Maloney motioned to approve the September 13, 2019 meeting <br />minutes. Mayor Muckle seconded the motion. No other comments and all approved <br />the minutes. <br /> <br />V. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br /> James Creasey spoke about how he has lived here for 25+ years and this year his <br />water bill has tripled and wants to discuss how this can happen when they don’t <br />use that much. Mr. Creasey stated that he has had all his pipes/systems checked <br />with no leaks. He said his neighbors have noticed it as well. Councilmember <br />Stolzmann asked if he had the gallons used and stated he doesn’t have to share <br />as that is personal information. He agreed and gave the committee his usage <br />comparisons from last year to this year. Councilmember Stolzmann suggested to <br />3
