D/B/A Bao Asian Fusion and Sushi has submitted an <br />application for renewal of its Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License located at 594 <br />South McCaslin Boulevard. <br /> <br />The premises are leased and the current lease valid. <br /> <br />They have had no employee attend liquor training in the past year. <br /> <br />There were no incidents over the past year that required the filing of a police report. <br /> <br />City of Louisville sales tax account is current. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Authority approve the renewal application for a Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License <br />for Tao Asian Inc. D/B/A Bao Asian Fusion and Sushi. <br /> <br />Alternatively, the Authority may set a hearing on the renewal application. That <br />hearing could be held after proper notice is completed. <br /> <br />13
