<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY <br /> <br />LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY MEMO <br />AGENDA ITEM VI-A <br />SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF DESIGNATION OF PLACES FOR POSTING <br />NOTICES FOR PUBLIC MEETINGS <br /> <br />DATE: JANUARY 27, 2020 <br /> <br />PRESENTED BY: AUTHORITY SECRETARY <br /> <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />Section 24-6-402(2)(c) of the Colorado Open Meetings Law requires all public bodies of <br />the City designate the public place or places for posting notices of public meetings. The <br />designation must be made at the local body’s first regular meeting of each calendar <br />year. Staff requests the Authority approve the following locations for the posting of <br />meeting notices for 2020: <br /> <br /> City Hall, 749 Main Street <br /> Police Department/Municipal Court, 992 West Via Appia <br /> Recreation/Senior Center, 900 West Via Appia <br /> Louisville Public Library, 951 Spruce Street <br /> <br />Pursuant to the Home Rule Charter, meeting notices and agendas are also published <br />on the City’s web site at www.LouisvilleCO.gov. <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Approve designation of posting locations as listed above. <br /> <br /> <br />7
