RESOLUTION NO.17 <br />SERIES 2020 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH ARCH 11, INC. FOR <br />LOUISVILLE HISTORICAL MUSEUM EXPANSION DESIGN SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, there has been proposed an agreement for consulting services under which <br />Arch 11, Inc. would provide schematic and 30% designs for the Louisville Historical Museum <br />expansion project; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed agreement is in the best interests of the <br />City and its citizens; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. The Agreement for Consulting Services between the City of Louisville and <br />Arch 11, Inc. ("Agreement") for schematic and 30% designs for the Louisville Historical Museum <br />expansion project is hereby approved in substantially the same form of such Agreement that <br />accompanies this Resolution. <br />Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement, <br />and the Mayor is hereby further authorized to negotiate and approve such revisions to the Agreement <br />as the Mayor determines are necessary or desirable for the protection of the City, so long, as the <br />essential terms and conditions of the Agreement are not altered. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this P day of March, 2020 <br />ATTEST: <br />Ashley St mann&Vayor <br />Resolution No. 17, Series 2020 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
