Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />January 10, 2008 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />Regular Business — Public Hearing Items <br />> Resolution No. 01, Series 2008, Establishment of location for the posting of <br />public notice for 2008 meetings of the City of Louisville Planning Commission. <br />(City Hall, City Library, Louisville Recreation Center, Police and Courts Building <br />and the City's website.) <br />Lipton reviewed the memo regarding the establishment of locations for the posting of public <br />notices. <br />He opened the public hearing. No conflicts were expressed. <br />Staff briefly discussed the posting requirement and asked if the Commission had additional areas <br />they would recommend for posting. <br />McAvinew inquired if any comments/complaints had been received. <br />McCartney stated there had been no comment/complaints. Staff did have a discussion with some <br />residents about which projects require a posting of the property with a meeting notice sign. <br />Loo moved and Pritchard seconded a motion to approve Resoluti, No. 1, Series 2008.
