<br /> <br />City of Louisville <br />City Manager’s Office 749 Main Street Louisville CO 80027 <br />303.335.4533 (phone) 303.335.4550 (fax) www.LouisvilleCO.gov <br /> <br /> <br />Louisville Revitalization Commission <br />Minutes <br />Wednesday, February 12, 2020 <br />Louisville Public Library <br />Library Conference Room <br />951 Spruce Street (NW entrance) <br />Call to Order – Vice Chair Alexis Adler called the meeting to order at 8:00 am in the <br />Louisville City Library at 951 Spruce Street, Louisville, CO. <br />Commissioners Present: Alexis Adler <br /> Rich Bradfield <br /> Mark Gambale <br /> Alex Gorsevski <br /> Council member Jeff Lipton <br /> Bob Tofte <br /> <br /> <br />Staff Present: Heather Balser, City Manager <br /> Megan Pierce, Economic Vitality Director <br /> Rob Zuccaro, Planning and Building Safety Director <br /> Kathleen Kelly, Attorney to the City of Louisville <br /> Dawn Burgess Executive Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />Others Present: Erik Hartfronft, Barbie Iglesias, and Mike Kranzdorf <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Approved as presented. <br /> <br />Approval of January 13, 2020 Minutes: <br />Members discussed whether January minutes accurately reflected the discussion with <br />Louisville Fire Protection District. Commissioner Bradfield had requested the District <br />provide more detail about how the funds from the IGA would be used now and in the <br />future. City Manager Balser clarified that Staff worked with the District and that this <br />information has been included with the upcoming City Council materials. It will also be <br />provided to the LRC when they next review the agreement. <br /> <br />Agenda Packet P. 2
