Caleb Dickinson <br />Councilmember Deborah Fahey <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Councilmember Jeff Lipton <br /> <br />Staff Present: Heather Balser, City Manager <br />Megan Davis, Deputy City Manager <br />Kevin Watson, Finance Director <br />Nathan Mosely, Parks, Recreation, & Open Space Director <br />Kurt Kowar, Public Works Director <br />Rob Zuccaro, Planning & Building Safety Director <br />Emily Hogan, Assistant City Manager for Communications <br />& Special Projects <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br /> <br /> Others Present: Kathleen Kelly, City Attorney <br /> <br />Mayor Stolzmann noted because of the COVID-19 emergency the meeting is being held <br />electronically. She gave information on how the meeting process will work and directions <br />for those dialing in on how to participate when it is time for public comments. <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE COVID-19 UPDATE <br /> <br />Mayor Stolzmann stated the health and safety of the community is the Council’s number <br />one job. Most people are following the stay at home order to help slow the virus and save <br />lives. She noted many people are already working on the economic recovery and the <br />region’s mayors meet regularly to discuss this. She thanked the City staff for continuing to <br />work around the clock to provide services. <br />
