RESOLUTION NO. 51A, <br /> SERIES 1999 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN <br /> AMENDED FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> FOR THE VILLAGE SHOPS AT COLONY SQUARE, <br /> LOTS 1 THROUGH 4, COLONY SQUARE SUBDIVISION AND <br /> THE WESTERLY PORTION OF THE VACATED 80TH STREET R.O.W. <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an application <br /> for an amended final PUD development plan for Lot 1 through Lot 4, Colony Square Subdivision, <br /> known as The Village Shops at Colony Square, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it, with <br /> conditions, to be in compliance with Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations, the Commercial <br /> Development Design Standards and Guidelines, and other applicable City regulations, and <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing, the Planning Commission finds that said <br /> Amended Final PUD Development Plan should be approved subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1 That the photometric plan and light detail shall be revised prior to the City ,Council hearing, <br /> 2. The sign criteria agreed to by the applicant referenced in correspondence dated 5 November 1999 <br /> shall be incorporated into the PUD plan sheets prior to City Council review, and <br /> 3 That the Comfort Inn sign, as detailed on the drawing submitted by Hartronft-Fauri Architects <br /> provided as Exhibit 'A'to this Resolution, shall be incorporated into the revised PUD plans prior to <br /> Cir Council review with the following conditions <br /> • The sign shall be located at the southeast corner of the development, with a minimum 10- <br /> foot setback from the east property line <br /> • The sign shall be set back a minimum of 8-feet from the utility located in that general area <br /> • The sign characters shall be of a translucent pan channel design. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of an amended final PUD development plan for <br /> the Village Shops at Colony Square on Lots 1 through Lot 4, Colony Square Subdivision. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of November, 1999 <br /> B / D��ilc9 rel' <br /> y 4/ L�,L <br /> Will/aml.
