PC <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23 <br />SERIES 1995 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY USE <br />FOR A TEMPORARY OFFICE BUILDING ON <br />LOT 2, ASPEN GREENS SUBDIVISION, REPLAT A <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a Temporary Use for a Temporary Office Building on Lot 2, Aspen Greens <br />Subdivision, Replat A; and, <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Temporary Use have been reviewed by City staff <br />and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and <br />related policies; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that said Temporary Use should be approved <br />with the following conditions: <br />1. This temporary use shall terminate and the site be restored 30 days after <br />issuance of any certificate of occupancy for the proposed office building on <br />Lot 101, Aspen Greens Replat A, or October 31, 1995, whir_hever ncrurs <br />first; <br />2. This temporary use shall not commence until issuance of a building permit <br />for the permanent office building on Lot 101; <br />3. The proposed temporary structures shall comply with the U.B. C. and be <br />adequately tied down; <br />4. The parking area shall be gravel surfaced and large enough to <br />accommodate a minimum of 14 vehicles. Access to the parking area shall <br />be from one driveway entrance. Two of the spaces shall be hard surfaced <br />and handicapped accessible; <br />5. Improvements required for water and sewer service installation shall meet <br />City of Louisville Design and Construction Standards and all fees shall be <br />paid at the time of connection. <br />
