alto, <br />LL fill <br />COLORAI ; INCE 1876 <br />City Council <br />Legal Review Committee <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 6, 2020 <br />Electronic Meeting <br />5:00 PM <br />Call to Order — Councilmember Leh called the meeting to order at 5:03 pm. <br />Roll Call: The following members were present: <br />Committee Members: Chris Leh, City Council <br />Deborah Fahey, City Council <br />Kyle Brown, City Council <br />Staff Present: Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />Heather Balser, City Manager <br />Kathleen Kelly, City Attorney <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes were approved as presented. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Sam Baily, Vice President Metro Denver Economic Development Corp, stated <br />their organization is very interested in seeing the area retain those companies <br />interested in moving here with new jobs and projects. Specifically, they support <br />the Medtronic application and the City finding a way for the project to move <br />forward in the City's processes virtually or in -person. <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION — POSSIBLE QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING <br />OPTIONS DURING COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS <br />Muth stated staff has put together some ideas for how in -person meetings for <br />quasi-judicial matters may be able to be handled once larger gatherings are <br />allowed again.
