Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 9, 2014 <br />Page 10 of 14 <br />Lorenzi says that the building has architectural cinder block "walls" on each end that make a <br />building -mounted sign more difficult to see. There also are mature trees that would obscure the <br />sign from Highway 42. <br />Lara Weiss, neighbor, has spoken to the neighbor. In discussion with people attending the <br />meeting, they feel that 11 pm is an acceptable time for the sign to be turned off. <br />Closed Public Hearing and discussion by Commission: <br />Pritchard says that the Commission has heard from the applicant and surrounding neighbors <br />and their willingness to work together. He wishes the sign operation hours be tied to Gravity's <br />hours of operation.
