When authorized by the Contracting Party the design team shall prepare from <br />the Previous Phase Documents approved by the Owner and confirmed by the <br />Contracting Party, Drawings and Specifications setting forth in detail the <br />requirements for the construction of This Part of the Project all of which are to be <br />approved by the Owner and Contracting Party. <br />2. Deliverables: <br />a. Legend and General Notes Drawing <br />b. Door, Window, Hardware and Schedules as necessa <br />c. Construction Detail Sheet <br />d. Pre -final (Not for construction) Drawings_and Specifications (on drawings) <br />E. 100% Construction Documents —Completed 6/26/2020 <br />1. Deliverables: The design team shall prepare the Drawings and Specifications in <br />PDF format. Copies of data and drawing files shall be subject to compliance with <br />our License and Release Agreement <br />The design team shall assist the Contracting Partv as necessary in connection with <br />the Owner's responsibility for filing the documents concerning This Part of the <br />Project required for the approval of governmental authorities having_ jurisdiction <br />over the Project. <br />100% Construction Documents are due to the City of Louisville upon agreement <br />by the City of Louisville for this First Amendment to this Service Order. <br />F. Construction Administration <br />1. Work with the owner to customize our services to most effectively match the <br />proiect's requirements and the Owner's needs This allows us to tailor our services <br />and adjust our fees to provide only those services that are necessary to supplement <br />the Owner's staff for the project <br />2. Provide advice and consultation with respect to design value engineering, scope <br />of work, cost estimating general contractor and subcontractor prequalification <br />scheduling and construction. <br />3. Assist with the selection and negotiation with general contractor. <br />4. Provide oversight of designer and general contractor. <br />5. Ensure the preparation of time schedules which serve as control standards for <br />monitoring performance of the building project and assisting in project evaluation. <br />
