Voice vote. Motion passed 3-0. <br />Approval of Minutes: <br />Berry moved and Knapp seconded a motion to approve the October 10, 2012 <br />minutes as prepared by staff. Voice vote. Motion passed 3-0. <br />Public Comments on Items not on the Agenda: <br />None heard. <br />Regular Business: <br />Hearing for Severy Creek Roofing, Inc. (Mr. Louden) to show cause why Louisville <br />contractor's license should be suspended or revoked for alleged violation of <br />Louisville Municipal Code was called to order by Matt Berry, Chairperson of Building <br />Code Board of Appeals. Opening comments were made by Chairperson Berry. <br />Berry stated the purpose of the hearing is to receive evidence and testimony in order <br />to enable the board to make findings and reach a conclusion as to whether there Is <br />sufficient evidence proving the licensee violated one or more of the laws and <br />regulations specified In the order to show cause, and V so, whether revocation or <br />suspension of the licensee's license is appropriate. <br />Berry continued that the Board will not observe formal rules of evidence but may <br />consider any matter, which he, as chairperson, concludes is reasonably reliable and <br />calculated to aid in the Board reaching an accurate decision. Board members may <br />question any person addressing the board at any time. The attorney for board is <br />present at the meeting. <br />
