Louisville Local Licensing Authority <br />Meeting Date: March 26, 2001 <br />8 <br /> <br />Attorney Joss asked if Mr. Feeley ever complained of a headache. Muldoon stated that he had not and that Mr. <br />Feeley did not originally want to go to the hospital and had to be persuaded. Joss asked if Mr. Feeley had been <br />wearing a helmet. Muldoon stated he had not. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss asked Officer Muldoon if he visited Gentleman Jim's on that same day and what time he arrived. <br />Muldoon stated that he went to Gentleman Jim's around 1:30 p.m. to interview Laura Spooner. Joss asked <br />Muldoon to describe the interview with Ms. Spooner. Muldoon stated that initially Ms. Spooner seemed <br />reluctant to talk with him. Muldoon stated that he asked Ms. Spooner if Mr. Feeley had been in the bar that day <br />and that she stated he had. Officer Muldoon stated that he explained to Ms. Spooner what had happened and <br />asked her if she was Mr. Feeley's girlfriend. Ms. Spooner stated that she was just an acquaintance. Muldoon <br />then asked her how many drinks Mr. Feeley had consumed while in the bar. Ms. Spooner stated that he had one <br />beer, which she purchased for him with her own money. Muldoon stated that Ms. Spooner showed him the <br />cash register tape that indicated the purchase of what he assumed to be one beer. Muldoon stated that there <br />were four to five people in the bar, all who had drinks, but only one item had been rung up on the register. <br /> <br />joss asked Muldoon if he had asked Ms. Spooner how Mr. Feeley was acting that day. Muldoon stated he had <br />and that Ms. Spooner stated he seemed just fine. Joss asked Officer Muldoon if he had interviewed anyone else <br />at the bar. Muldoon stated that he had questioned a man seated at the bar, who introduced himself as Dan <br />Gregory. Muldoon stated that Mr. Gregory told him that he did not know what time Mr. Feeley arrived at the <br />bar, but that he did witness him leave Gentleman Jim's at about 12:30 p.m. Attorney Joss asked Muldoon if he <br />had asked Mr. Gregory about Mr. Feeley's behavior that day. Muldoon stated he had and that Mr. Gregory told <br />him that Mr. Feeley was acting "goofy." Muldoon stated that apparently, Ms. Spooner had asked Mr. Feeley to <br />go to Wahoo's Fish Taco to get food for her. Muldoon continued that Mr. Gregory stated he observed Mr. <br />Feeley leave the bar and struggle with his bike lock. Mr. Gregory stated that Mr. Feeley was stumbling at one <br />point and knocked the bike over. Mr. Gregory continued, stating to Officer Muldoon that Mr. Feeley even came <br />back into the bar and asked where he was going. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss asked Officer Muldoon if he had questioned anyone else at the bar that day. Muldoon stated he <br />had not, but that he did ask Mr. Gregory one last question before he left. He asked if Mr. Feeley had seemed <br />intoxicated while in the bar. Mr. Gregory stated to Muldoon that Mr. Feeley behaves intoxicated most of the <br />time. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss asked Officer Muldoon if he issued a summons to Gentleman Jim's, anyone inside Gentleman <br />Jim's or to Mr. Feeley. Officer Muldoon stated he had not. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated he had no further questions. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers asked Mr. Hayden if he wished to cross-examine Officer Muldoon. <br /> <br />Mr. Hayden stated that he was somewhat stunned. Hayden stated he had talked with Attorney Joss and was <br />under the impression that he was going to request a dismissal. Attorney Joss stated that Mr. Hayden was clearly <br />informed that he would be presenting evidence to the Authority. <br /> <br />Mr. Hayden asked Officer Muldoon if he had asked Mr. Feeley where he was going. Muldoon stated he had and <br />that Mr. Feeley stated he was going to Ms. Spooner's house to lay down and get some rest. <br /> <br />Hayden asked Officer Muldoon if he knew that Ms. Spooner lived in Ft.
