Section 2. The City Council verifies that the property targeted for the project, the <br />Davidson Mesa Open Space, is zoned as Open Space in the City of Louisville and will be under <br />the control of the City for at least the next 25 years. <br />Section 3. The City Council represents and warrants that the Grant Application <br />includes matching funds for which the City is solely responsible to provide, and that the City has <br />appropriated or will appropriate such matching funds if the grant is awarded. <br />Section 4 The Mayor, City Manager, City Clerk, and City staff are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute all documents and do all other things necessary on behalf of <br />the City to complete, execute, and submit the Grant Application. <br />Section 5.
