City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 28, 2020 <br />Page 2 of 7 <br />RJ Harrington, 457 East Raintree Court, stated if the City is moving forward with a <br />Renewable Energy Credit purchase from Xcel Energy there are residents in town <br />including himself that are knowledgeable in this area and are willing to offer their <br />expertise if needed. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked for changes to the consent agenda. No changes. <br />Councilmember Fahey noted the consent agenda includes the ratification of the CC4CA <br />Policy Statement and explained this policy statement is simplified from previous ones and <br />includes information of how COVID has impacted carbon emissions. <br />Councilmember Lipton moved to approve the consent agenda, seconded by Mayor Pro <br />Tern Maloney. All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Minutes: June 23, 2020; July 14, 2020; July 21, 2020 <br />C. Ratification of Colorado Communities for Climate Action 2020-2021 <br />Policy Statement <br />D.
