City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 1, 2020 <br />Page 2 of 10 <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked for changes to the consent agenda; hearing none she asked for <br />a motion. Councilmember Lipton moved to approve the consent agenda, seconded by <br />Councilmember Fahey. <br />Councilmember Brown noted the increase for solid waste service fees is on this consent <br />agenda. He stated he wants to make sure this increase is not overly affecting those who <br />need the most help these days and would like the Council to have a later discussion <br />about how best to help those who need it right now. <br />Voice vote: all in favor. <br />A.
