Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />November 14, 2013 <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />Downtown Parking Plan <br />Russ stated an advisory board has been created to use the parking analysis to work on <br />solutions. He added a public parking meeting will happen in January. <br />Pritchard asked for an update on the South Street underpass. <br />Russ stated we just received 60% approval by BNSF. They have shrunk the underpass <br />to 22 feet, but the underpass will still be one of the widest in Boulder County. <br />Construction is currently scheduled for late 2014 but that is still tentative. <br />Items Tentatively Scheduled for Next Regular Meeting: December 12, 2013 <br />McCartney presented the following items slated for the December meeting: <br />The Lanterns at Steel Ranch: A preliminary plat and preliminary planned <br />unit development (PUD) plan request for 24 ranch homes designed as <br />duplexes to be located at the west end of the Summit View Subdivision. <br />Applicant, Owner and Representative: RMCS, LLC. <br />Case Manager: Scott Robinson, Planner I <br />Centennial Pavilion Commercial Center: A request for an amendment <br />to an existing Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow for new <br />monument sign on the northeast corner of the property. <br />Applicant and Representative: Martha McNamara <br />Owner: <br />Case Manager: Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />Pritchard asked about the Food Truck Ordinance. <br />Russ stated there is still some internal work that needs to be completed, so we might be <br />bringing it to Planning Commission in January. <br />Russell asked about the bridge at Front Street. <br />Russ stated the State is inundated with requests so it might be a while. <br />Adjourn <br />O’Connell moved and Russell seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting. Pritchard <br />adjourned the meeting at 7:18 PM.
