Approval of Special Meeting on November 10, 2020 <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann noted staff is working on an outdoor winter dining program for Main <br />Street to allow those restaurants additional outdoor seating. <br />Councilmember Fahey thanked the Senior Center for their recent Health Fair and noted <br />the City's virtual sustainability film series begins this month. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Balser stated the COVID case numbers continue to increase in Boulder <br />County. It is possible the County will be moved to Level 3 if that does not change. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />
