LL City()>' <br />Louisville <br />Open Space Advisory Board Meeting Minutes <br />Wednesday December 9, 2020, 7:OOpm <br />Electronic Meeting <br />Call to Order <br />Helen called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm. <br />2. Roll Call <br />Board Members Present: Laura Scott Denton, Peter Gowen, Helen Moshak, David <br />Blankinship, Tom Neville, Charles Danforth, Jessamine Fitzpatrick, Missy Davis <br />Staff Members Present: Ember Brignull, Nathan Mosley <br />3. Approval of Agenda <br />Board members did not receive the meeting packet as an email this month, but the <br />agenda and packet were available on line. Peter moved to approve the agenda as <br />written. David seconded. The motion passed unanimously. <br />4. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes <br />Peter moved to approve the minutes as written. Jessamine seconded. The motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />5. Staff Updates— Ember <br />See updates provided by Ember on page 23 of the December 2020 OSAB Meeting <br />packet. <br />A. Nathan doesn't have any information about the CIP for Wayfinding yet, but is hoping <br />to hear on Friday about the budget. He proposed a December meeting with the Tiger <br />Team. <br />B. David noticed construction vehicles near the golf course maintenance building near <br />the Powerline trail. He asked if it had something to do with a Dillon Rd. trail crossing. <br />Ember said it has to do with installing internet cables, not trails. <br />C. Ember announced that Administrative Assistant Dru Tieben has retired and the new <br />Maintenance Technician employee is named Deb Ayers. <br />D. Staff is formulating work plans for 2021. Roles and tasks need to be evaluated with <br />the new positions and new staff over the last two years. <br />E. Cheatgrass control occurred on selected plot at Davidson Mesa today and will <br />continue tomorrow. <br />F. Jessamine asked whether there had been neighborhood outreach about the wire <br />mesh prairie dog control fencing.
