Approval of Memorandum of Understanding for Law Enforcement Response <br />Among Louisville Police Department, Boulder Police Department, University <br />of Colorado Police Department, Lafayette Police Department, Nederland <br />Police Department, Ward Marshal, Longmont Police Department, and the <br />Boulder County Sheriff's Office <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann noted the governor has moved everyone over 70 into the earlier <br />vaccination group and more news on that should be coming soon. She encouraged <br />people to get the vaccination as soon as it is available. <br />Councilmember Leh stated this has been a tough year for everyone and he hopes <br />everyone moves into the new year with an attitude of kindness. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Balser reported that Boulder County is now at Level Orange on the COVID <br />dial. City facilities will be making changes to public hours next week to reflect this as well. <br />The State vaccine distribution plan has recently been updated and those 70 and older will <br />soon be eligible to get the vaccine. <br />Director Pierce gave an update on the new Small Business COVID 19 grant program <br />established from the State's recent COVID relief bill. <br />
