None. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />January 5, 2021 <br />Page 2 of 6 <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked for changes to the consent agenda; hearing none she asked for <br />a motion. Mayor Pro Tern Maloney moved to approve the consent agenda, seconded by <br />Councilmember Brown. All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Minutes: December 8, 2020; December 15, 2020 <br />C. Approval of Designation of Places for Posting Notices for Public Meetings <br />D. Distribution of 2020 Open Government Pamphlet <br />E. Adoption of City of Louisville 2021 Legislative Agenda <br />F. Approval of Resolution No. 1, Series 2021— A Resolution Approving a <br />Second Amendment to Lease Agreement with Avid4 Adventure, Inc. <br />G. Approval of Resolution No. 2, Series 2021— A Resolution Approving a First <br />Amendment to the Business Assistance Agreement with Emergy, Inc. for an <br />Economic Development Project in the City of Louisville <br />H. Approval of Memorandum of Understanding for Law Enforcement Response <br />Among Louisville Police Department, Boulder Police Department, University <br />of Colorado Police Department, Lafayette Police Department, Nederland <br />Police Department, Ward Marshal, Longmont Police Department, and the <br />Boulder County Sheriff's Office <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann noted the governor has moved everyone over 70 into the earlier <br />vaccination group and more news on that should be coming soon. She encouraged <br />people to get the vaccination as soon as it is available. <br />Councilmember Leh stated this has been a tough year for everyone and he hopes <br />everyone moves into the new year with an attitude of kindness. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Balser reported that Boulder County is now at Level Orange on the COVID <br />dial. City facilities will be making changes to public hours next week to reflect this as well. <br />The State vaccine distribution plan has recently been updated and those 70 and older will <br />soon be eligible to get the vaccine. <br />Director Pierce gave an update on the new Small Business COVID 19 grant program <br />established from the State's recent COVID relief bill. <br />
