Call to Order: was made at 6:34pm. <br />2. Roll Call (Attendees Present in bold text): Seth Adams, Tiffany Boyd, Todd <br />Budin, Josh Cooperman, Laura Levesque -Catalano, Dan Mellish, Mark <br />Persichetti; Staff Liaison Katie Baum; participating guests, Council Member <br />Deb Fahey; participating residents Sherry Sommer, Tamara Krantz. <br />3. Approval of Agenda: Motion to approve made by Tiffany B, seconded by <br />Mark P, unanimous consent. <br />4. Approval of Minutes: Motion to approve the Dec 16, 2020 meeting -minutes <br />as -is, made by Seth A, seconded by Tiffany B, unanimous consent. <br />5. Approval of Posting Locations: City Hall, Recreation Center, Library, <br />Police/Court Building, City Website (www.louisvilleco.gov). Motion to approve <br />made by Mark P, seconded by Tiffany B, unanimous consent. <br />6. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda: Sherry Sommer (910 S <br />Palisade Ct), re Municipal Code Sec.16 & 18(?) Building Codes & dark -sky <br />lighting, suggests a social campaign to support City staff, find ways to gather <br />resources to assist staff. <br />Stephanie Rowe (631 West St), asks, with Council's reluctance to adopt a <br />prairie -dog protection ordinance modeled on Lafayette's, how we can protect <br />wildlife here? Amend Municipal Code Sec.16.16.010, to add animals to Sec. <br />D list of `natural features'? <br />Council Member Deb Fahey, re a special meeting with Planning <br />Dept/Commission: Rob Zuccaro plans to update design codes, but all City <br />staff is stretched thin currently.
