4 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />In 1961, Otto and Mary Schreiter moved to California. In the early 1960s, Raymond Smith, who <br />was Mary’s nephew, rented 832 Parkview. It is believed that the house continued to be a rental <br />until the Schreiters sold it in 1975. <br /> <br />Later Owners <br /> <br />In 1975, the Schreiters sold 832 Parkview to David & Shirley Titman. In 1983, the Titmans sold it <br />to Willys & Arlene Monroe. <br /> <br />The following photo of 832 Parkview from the Museum collection was taken in the late 1970s <br />or 1980s: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />In 1994, during the ownership by the Monroes, City of Louisville Ordinance #1161 series 1994 <br />vacated a portion of the Acme Mine Spur, which had been the location of the railroad tracks <br />that used to run alongside the parcel on its north side. A portion of the vacated Acme Spur <br />property that was contiguous to 832 Parkview was added to the legal description of 832 <br />Parkview. <br />
