Section 3. Chapter 4 of Title 16 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended by the addition of a new section 16.04.065, reading as follows: <br /> <br />16.04.065 Establishment of Subdivision and Annexation Fees. <br /> On or before March 1, 1999, for the balance of 1999, and by January 1 of <br />and for each year thereafter, the City Administrator shall by order establish the <br />types, amounts and rates of all fees associated with the subdivision and annexation <br />application processes set forth in this Title 16. The fees shall be set in amounts that <br />will defray in whole or in part, but that will in no event exceed, the City's overall <br />costs incurred to review, process and administer the type of subdivision or <br />annexation application for which the fees are charged. <br /> <br /> Section 4. Section 16.32.030 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended <br />by the addition of a new subsection 16.32.030.J to read as follows (words added are <br />underlined,): <br /> <br />16.32.030 Development requirements. <br /> In addition to the legal statute requirements mentioned in Section 16.32.020, <br />the following standards of the city shall be met: <br /> J. A petition for annexation shall be accompanied by an application fee in <br />an amount set by the City Administrator in accordance with section 16.04.065. <br /> <br /> Section 5. Chapter 4 of Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended by the addition of a new section 17.04.080, reading as follows: <br /> <br />17.04.080 Establishment of Zoning Application Fees. <br /> <br /> On or before March 1, 1999, for the balance of 1999, and by January 1 of <br />each year thereafter, the City Administrator shall by order establish the types, <br />amounts and rates of all fees associated with the zoning application processes set <br />forth in this Title 17. The fees shall be set in amounts that will defray in whole or in <br />part, but that will in no event exceed, the City's overall costs incurred to review, <br />process and administer the type of zoning application for which the fees are <br />charged. <br /> <br /> Section 6. Subsection F of Section 17.28.160 of the Louisville Municipal Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows (words added are underlined,; words deleted are <br />c,~'r;,~,l,~r~ ~1~-,~..,'~1~. <br /> <br />17.28.160 Application Submission. <br /> <br /> F. Accompanying the application shall will be an application fi~ fee which <br />shall be ,,A,;,.,, ?'c -'""; ...... ~'"'~"-'~ ~'~'~ in an amount set by the City Administrator <br />in accordance with section 17.04.080.
