February 10, 2021 Minutes Continued: Citizen Comments Re: Redtail Ridge
From: Michiko Christiansen
Sent: Tuesday, February 9, 2021 6:56 PM
To: Ember Brignull
Subject: GDP at Redtail Ridge meeting Wednesday night Feb 10th
Dear Open Space Advisory Board,
I would like to say thank you for your time and working with Louisville
Community.
Regarding the GDP meeting about Redtail Ridge, here are three points
that I would like to mention.
1. The city of Louisville have a municipal code 16.16.010.D
2. Southeast Boulder County Intergovernmental Agreement
3. The Migratory Bird Treaty Act
Those three are important and critical to me to see these guidelines are
enforced to ensure the protection of the wildlife habitat. These will be
better served for our future generation to come.
Lastly, I believe this Redtail Ridge will be a better use for open space or
conservation land use.
With your listening ears and hearts, thank you for considering my
comments.
M. Christiansen
18 of 77
