Citv� Lf Louisville COLORADO • SINCE 1882 Historic Preservation Commission Meeting Minutes January 25, 2021 Virtual Meeting 6:30 PM Chair Haley called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: Commission Members Present Commission Members Absent: Staff Members Present: Chair Lynda Haley Gary Dunlap Hannah Parris Andrea Klemme Keith Keller Christine Burg None Lisa Ritchie, Senior Planner Rob Zuccaro, Planning Director Amelia Brackett Hogstad, Planning Clerk ELECTION OF OFFICERS Dunlap nominated Chair Haley to the Chair position and Commissioner Klemme to the Vice Chair position. The commissioners discussed the duties of the Vice Chair and asked each other if they would like to serve. Dunlap made a motion to elect Chair Haley and Vice Chair Klemme. Burg seconded. Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Klemme made a motion to approve the January 25, 2021 agenda, seconded by Dunlap. Agenda approved by voice vote. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES Klemme made a motion to approve the December 21, 2020 minutes, seconded by Keller. The minutes were approved as written by voice vote. Dunlap noted that there were some items that had not been fully completed during the last meeting, specifically a discussion and decision on Resolution 30. He noted that the minutes for 809 Main had recorded Commissioner Dunlap asking about proposed costs versus the costs that were in the 2018 Historic Structure Assessment (HSA), but his recollection was that he was saying that the costs had tripled and he would have put a stronger slant on it. He also suggested that the Commission schedule a meeting to talk about conservation easements.
