Requests to write-off accounts greater than $100 must be <br />approved by the Finance Committee. <br />The total proposed write-off amounted to $147.64 and there were no accounts that <br />were over $100. <br />The Committee unanimously approved the write-off by motion. <br />The reports and corresponding narrative (except for those deemed confidential) <br />can be located in the packet of the February 15, 2021 Finance Committee Meeting. <br />REVIEW OF TOP-50 REPORTING ENTITIES <br />Kevin Watson, Finance Director, presented two lists of sales tax generating <br />businesses: <br />• A list of the Top-50 taxpayers that were selected for 2020, based on receipts <br />from 2019; and <br />• A list of the Top-50 taxpayers selected for 2021, based on receipts from <br />2020. <br />Changes between the two lists were highlighted and discussed by the Committee. <br />The reports and corresponding narrative (except for those deemed confidential) <br />can be located in the packet of the February 15, 2021 Finance Committee Meeting. <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM REPORT FOR THE QUARTER ENDED <br />DECEMBER 31, 2020 <br />Kevin Watson, Finance Director, presented the Capital Improvements Program <br />report for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2021. The report summarizes all <br />capital projects that were budgeted for 2020 based on the current December 31, <br />2020 financial data and input from the project managers. <br />Director Watson noted that amounts are not the final year-end amounts for 2020 <br />and that a final report will be brought back at a later date. This report is being <br />presented now to give the Committee a first look at what the final year-end status <br />of the 2020 capital projects. <br />The reports and corresponding narrative can be located in the packet of the <br />February 15, 2021 Finance Committee Meeting. <br />El <br />
