City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 6, 2021 <br />Page 2 of 11 <br />Brad Walker, resident of Superior, stated he did not feel the map that was reviewed at the <br />Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport roundtable meeting had enough information on it to <br />be useful. He asked for more information, specifically information on altitude be included <br />on the map. <br />Andy Clark, owner Moxie, stated he didn't feel the Council took public comments into <br />consideration in the decision made last November to reopen Main Street to traffic. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked for changes to the consent agenda; hearing none she asked for <br />a motion. Councilmember Brown moved to approve the consent agenda, seconded by <br />Mayor Pro Tern Maloney. All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Minutes: March 9, 2021; March 16, 2021 <br />C. Approval of 1 % Undergrounding Project at State Highway 42 and <br />Griffith Street <br />D. Award Contract to Boulder Bridge House LLC for On -Call Maintenance <br />Services <br />E. Approval of a Contract Agreement By and Between the City of <br />Louisville and the Equity Project for Consulting Services <br />F. Approval of Special Meetings on April 13 and April 27 <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann noted the recent shooting in Boulder and gave the City's support to all <br />those affected. She stated the Council is closely watching the state legislature to see if <br />any action will be taken on gun safety. <br />Mayor Stolzmann stated public health officials are tracking a recent rise in COVID <br />recently. She noted there is a light at the end of the tunnel with vaccines, but we aren't <br />there yet and she urged people to continue with safety precautions. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Balser also gave her condolences to those affected by the shooting in <br />Boulder and asked everyone to take care of themselves and others. <br />Councilmember Leh gave an update on the review of the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion <br />Task Force applicants, they hope to bring a recommendation to Council in May regarding <br />appointees. <br />
