She also thinks the applicant should work to keep the front fagade and to not <br />use the modern design which has no place next to a very historic building (Joe's <br />Market). <br /> <br />Sheets requested a discussion by the Commissioners regarding the condition that <br />addressed the parking-in-lieu fee. Sheets states a condition should be added to address <br />the parking-in-lieu fee. <br /> <br />Pritchard moved and Loa seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 07.
