<br />EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> <br />1. There are 1,372 existing parking spaces in the study area. <br /> <br />Table 1 outlines the private and public parking spaces in the entire study area and <br />the Downtown area. This total does not include parking spaces associated with <br />private single family residences. Block 6 also has the largest number of <br />public parking spaces with 189. This number includes the parking spaces at the <br />public library and the public spaces to the south of the Steinbaugh Pavilion.
