The Wayfinding Consultant Services for Limited Revisions to Sign Specification Package <br />Document was awarded to Michael Baker International. The staff is working to finalize <br />the contract and other administrative needs. <br />2. Nathan Mosley, Director of Parks, Recreation, and Open Space, will serve as the primary <br />staff point of contact for the OSAB Trails Tiger Team. <br />3. As shared previously, the City will not be conducting any prescribed burns in 2021. To re- <br />initiate the prescribed burn program, the City will need to work with partners to <br />reestablish an Inter -Governmental Agreement with a third party. Work is pending this <br />agreement and the third parties' availability. <br />4. Staff will not be participating in the Street Faire in 2021 but will consider adding this in <br />2022 with the support of OSAB volunteers. <br />5. Nathan Mosley, Director of Parks, Recreation, and Open Space, to provide a verbal update <br />regarding: <br />a. Redtail Ridge <br />b. OSAB/City Council process for collaboration and communication regarding City <br />Council's work plan <br />6. An interactive map of Open Space properties and features was launched on the Open <br />Space website. <br />Trails & Maintenance: <br />1. Social Trail Restoration Pilot Project. The Social Trail included in the pilot project is one <br />at Aquarius Open Space, two at Dutch Creek Open Space, and one at Warembourg Open <br />Space. The social trail at Hecla Lake Open Space is in the plans to be closed and restored <br />in the fall of 2021 due to other work priorities. Currently, the fencing/barricades and signs <br />have not been removed. The removal of the barricades is planned for the fall to allow an <br />entire growing season to be completed before they are taken down. The <br />informational/educational signs seem to be effective with most citizens, with some <br />F:3 <br />
