Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />21 December 2020 <br />Page 14 of 14 <br />Klemme made a motion to approve the grant requests. Parris seconded. Motion passed 3-1 by <br />roll call vote. Dunlap opposed. <br />ITEMS FROM STAFF & UPDATES FROM COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />The owner of 816 Lincoln Avenue removed the standing seam metal roof on the front porch and <br />installed asphalt shingles as required by Resolution 29, Series 2020. <br />Subcommittees released demolitions at 421 East Street and 1300 Lincoln. <br />Zuccaro shared that there would likely be group meetings to review necessary code <br />amendments and Dunlap added that Resolution 31 would also be good to address in a separate <br />meeting. <br />DISCUSSION ITEMS FOR JANUARY 25th <br />• Demolition Language Update <br />• HSA Requirement Update <br />Haley added the conservation easement grant conversation, or Resolution 31, to future <br />discussion items. <br />Adjourn <br />Klemme motioned to adjourn and Parris seconded.
