COORDINATED ELECTION STATEMENT AND CERTIFICATE OF <br />DETERMINATION OF THE COORDINATED ELECTION HELD IN <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2021 <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br />MUNICIPAL CANDIDATES <br />City Council Ward 1 (4-year term) <br />Keith Keller 1011 34.02% <br />Chris Leh 1961 65.98% <br />City Council Ward 2 (4-year term) <br />Maxine Most 1759 100% <br />City Council Ward 3 (4-year term) <br />Kyle Brown 1774 100% <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE BALLOT ISSUE 2A — DEBT AND TAX INCREASE FOR <br />TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENTS <br />SHALL CITY OF LOUISVILLE DEBT BE INCREASED $51,420,000, WITH A <br />REPAYMENT COST OF UP TO $90,240,000; AND SHALL CITY PROPERTY TAXES <br />BE INCREASED UP TO $3,786,000 ANNUALLY, OR BY SUCH LESSER AMOUNT AS <br />MAY BE NECESSARY TO PAY SUCH DEBT FROM AN ADDITIONAL AD VALOREM <br />PROPERTY TAX MILL LEVY NOT TO EXCEED 5.450 MILLS SUBJECT TO THE <br />FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />(1) SUCH DEBT AND TAXES SHALL BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />FINANCING THE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF TRANSPORTATION <br />IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO UNDERPASSES, BIKE <br />PATHS, PEDESTRIAN WALK WAYS, TRAILS, AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS OR <br />TO REFUND SUCH DEBT AT A HIGHER OR LOWER INTEREST RATE (OR TO <br />CREATE A RESERVE FOR SUCH PURPOSES); <br />(2) SUCH DEBT SHALL BE A LIMITED TAX GENERAL OBLIGATION OF THE <br />CITY, MAY BE EVIDENCED BY BONDS, NOTES, CONTRACTS OR LOAN <br />AGREEMENTS AND SHALL BE PAYABLE FROM A PROPERTY TAX MILL LEVY <br />NOT TO EXCEED 5.450 MILLS AND ALSO FROM EXISTING CITY SALES AND USE <br />TAXES AS DETERMINED BY THE COUNCIL AND FROM OTHER AVAILABLE <br />REVENUE OF THE CITY; <br />(3) SUCH DEBT SHALL BE SOLD IN ONE OR MORE SERIES, ON TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS AND WITH SUCH MATURITIES AS PERMITTED BY LAW AND AS THE <br />CITY MAY DETERMINE, INCLUDING PROVISIONS FOR SALE OF THE BONDS AT A <br />PRICE ABOVE OR BELOW PAR, AND FOR REDEMPTION OR PREPAYMENT <br />PRIOR TO MATURITY, WITH OR WITHOUT PAYMENT OF A PREMIUM NOT TO <br />EXCEED 3.00%; <br />
