<br />PAGE THREE <br />SUBJECT: UPDATE/DISCUSSION BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />MAY 26, 2009 <br /> <br />SUMMARY NARRATIVE: <br /> <br />A description of each case, including the date heard and final outcome follows: <br /> <br />February 20, 2008 <br />245 Spruce Street - Case #08-007 -VA - Approval of two variances from Sections 17.12.040 of <br />the Louisville Municipal Code: 1) a reduction in the minimum lot size requirement from the RL <br />zoning district of 7,000 SF - lot sizes of approximately 6,250 SF are proposed; and 2) a <br />reduction in the minimum lot width requirement of 70 feet - lot widths of approximately 62.5 <br />feet are proposed. <br />Decision: Approved <br /> <br />February 20, 2008 <br />Takoda - Case #08-008-FL Approval of a Floodplain Development Permit to authorize a final <br />subdivision plat and final planned unit development (PUD) for a 65.61 acre parcel located <br />within the floodplain to be developed as residential, commercial/ office and retail. <br />Decision: Approved <br /> <br />Apri/16, 2008 <br />105 Roosevelt - Case #08-012-VA - Approval of two variances from Sections 17.12.040 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code: 1) a reduction in the minimum lot size requirement from the RL <br />zoning district of 7,000 SF - Lot 2 is proposed at 6,300 SF; and 2) a reduction in the minimum <br />lot width requirement of 70 feet - Lot 1 is proposed at 58' in width and Lot 2 is proposed at 42' <br />in width. <br />Decision: Denied <br /> <br />August 20, 2008 <br />1301 Empire - Case #08-017-FL Approval of a Floodplain Development Permit to authorize <br />development of a storage facility on a property zoned Industrial (I) and located within the <br />floodplain at 1301 Empire Road. <br />Decision: Approved <br /> <br />October 15, 2008 <br />1032 Jefferson - Case #08-021-VA - Approval of two variances from Sections 17.12.040 of <br />the Louisville Municipal Code: 1) a reduction from the 5 foot side yard setback on the north (3 <br />feet requested); and 2) a reduction from the 5 foot side yard setback from the south (4.5 feet <br />requested). <br />Decision: Approved <br /> <br />16 <br />
