EXHIBIT A <br />DETAIL OF WORK/COST OF WORK <br />The grant includes $17,000 in matching funds for the following work on the existing structure at <br />841 Jefferson Avenue. <br />Work approved under this application with fund request: <br />• Doors, siding, soffit, and exterior brick work: $30,000 <br />o Remove non -historic siding and replace with lap siding, replace doors and <br />replace soffit and brick work <br />• Windows: $4,000 <br />o Replace windows <br />Cost estimated of proposed eligible preservation work: $34,000 <br />Preservation Matching Grant Award: $17,000 <br />
